We are offering two Zoom class time options in 2025. This will be particularly good for the Europeans and those in the UK, who are getting a morning Zoom option, and those in Western Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong and China who are getting a daytime Zoom rather than one in the middle of the night.
As well as the Zooms, the courses comprise on-demand videos and blog-posted assignments on your personal chart. These assignments are consciousness exercises to onboard the planet's energy. Under the new structure both Zoom groups will post their assignments on the same blog, and the recordings of both Zooms will be available to the members of both groups.
We start with a live Welcome Q&A and we will explore Varda's House position in the first fortnight, her aspects in the second fortnight and transits in the third. Each fortnight will include an instructional webinar, an investigative assignment based on your personal chart and a live 2 hour Zoom Q&A session.
Course Content
This course will explore Varda in your personal chart and the charts of the other class members.
Varda is the the interactive struggle we have with our opponents, or with the dark forces in the world, which we win by being inspiring and hopeful, and by creating light in the dark times and places. The planet is named after the queen of the Elves in Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. She is the 'Kindler of the Light of the Stars' and is credited with setting the Sun and Moon on their cosmic course.
Varda is the interactive struggle we have with our opponents, or with the dark forces in the world, which we win by being inspiring and hopeful, and by creating light in the dark times and places. She is a crucial element for the defeat of Evil and the prevalence of Good.
In the myth, Varda is at the receiving end of a battle to be controlled by an overlord. As with the other creation myths, there are themes of sudden and massive collapse and death of the old way. However in this death of the old, she provides the light and map to guide us through.
By placing the stars in constellations, she brings order out from chaos, and sets the bodies and their energies in right relationship, in perfect harmony.
And she prompts us to ask ‘what is real?’ or ‘who makes what and where do things begin?’
At the unconscious level, however, we might be living in a rich fantasy world, which has little contact with reality. And she can give us the ability, or the necessity, to indulge in strategic games, arguments or competitions. At this level she highlights the need for getting out of the toxicity and stagnancy of visions gone sour and then to regenerate, to build new ones that have stability.
As we develop spiritually, she brings light to the long night, offering hope, and her constellations provide a map or guidance to support us on the path of transformation. She trains us to be more objective, more careful, more aware of whole situations — and less impulsive and intent upon side issues.
At this level, she enables us to navigate the “dark night of the soul” or any other “dark” confusing time. And she supports us to walk away from previous betrayals and associations and encourages us to look towards new horizons and start afresh elsewhere.
She inspired her people with light and hope when the Dark Lord took over the Middle Earth, and she led the Elves away from danger and through a transition to a new safer home. So, at the top level, she gives us the ability to inspire others and lead them through a transition to a new state of being.
