Venus trine Gonggong

I hope you are enjoying today's Venus trine Gonggong, our new planet of empathic consciousness, at 6 degrees of Pisces. Empathic consciousness gives us the ability to understand and share the feelings and emotions of others, enabling us to connect with them on a more profound level and promoting compassion and understanding in our interactions.

The higher emotional intelligence of empathic consciousness is an essential component of building positive & meaningful relationships. So, when you're tuning into Gonggong at the spiritual level, these next days will be a wonderful opportunity to develop your relationships.

When you're lost in your own emotional drama, however, and stuck in the "I want it this way" space, you're more likely to but heads with the others in your life instead. In this case you might find that you are being overly ambitious or cruel in your interactions, or behaving in a selfish or zealous way, maybe even indulging in fits of rage. 

If you find rage happening, try deescalating straight away. This is hard because it feels so justified, and yet there is no good outcome from rage. Suck it up, and then lift your energy out of your own emotions and open to empathy with the others involved. Learn to get over yourself.

Or you might find that over these next days you're working against yourself by striving for closeness, while at the same time using distance and aloofness to keep yourself safe. Or you could be jealous of others, which puts you at the mercy of their emotional pressure.

As you develop a more spiritual approach, you begin to understand that you live in a symbiotic relationship with the ‘others’ in your life, and that you can pool your energy to achieve collective aims. So enjoy using these next days to foster that symbiosis in your life. This is a time to calibrate your emotional response to meet the needs in each moment. It is an opportunity to channel your emotions and mould your psychic space to improve your productivity.

At the spiritual level Gonggong is all about energy healing, which includes a range of holistic practices aimed at balancing and restoring the body's natural energy flow to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. 

So these next days are very good for doing some Reiki, which involves channeling universal energy through the hands; or some acupuncture and acupressure, which is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and uses needles or pressure to stimulate energy meridians. Or you could do some Qi Gong or Tai Chi, which combine movement, breath-work, and meditation to cultivate life force energy.

Other energy healing forms you might want to try include Sound Healing, which uses sounds and vibrations to influence the energy field; Pranic Healing, working with the body's electromagnetic field to remove energetic blockages; crystal healing, where specific stones interact with the body's energy chakras; and therapeutic touch, which involves hands-on or near-body techniques to influence the energy field. 

At the top level, our empathic consciousness gives us access to a great wisdom, which can enable our enlightenment. We understand that the more we respect and harmonise with the energy flows in our life, the better the future looks. So use these next days to catalyse transformation and change in your life, and the lives of those around you.
